  Employees lack product knowledge. The store lacks the variety of products and accessories for most tech items. I can never find what I need for my computer, printer and phone and they are high priced, real advanced current products. I always wind up, though I have hate it, using my prime to shop online. If Best buy wants to survive and compete with online retailers they better educate their employees and provide a better array of products. They should be like a hardware store for techies. A hardware store provides every screw, bolt, battery and tool one could possibly need.
