  I had waited about one month for a refrigerator that my husband and I purchased at the Annapolis store. After the second failed delivery date, with no workable solution from that store, I called the Bray and Scraff, in Bowie. I reached a sale rep with an awesome spirit, awesome personality and great insight, name Terry. He was able to suggest a refrigerator and have it delivered in three days. His suggestion was a perfect fit for my lifestyle and home. It should also be noted, I had spoken to three different sales representatives, trying to explain my need and preferences. Terry nailed it in one meeting. What started out as a hard task became easy as 1,2,3. Thank you
