The two guys that were working in the donation center both need proper customer service training. If they were my employees they would be fired today. There actions were unacceptable and I would never tolerate those actions with my employees or they would be fired. If they don’t like their jobs maybe they need another line of employment in which you don’t have to deal with customers. It’s not the customers fault that you don’t like what you have to deal with. Go back to school get a degree and find something better. Idiots.
